Refund Policy

Last Updated: March 15, 2025

At Thinksystempro, we work hard to provide quality education in mobile game animation. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. This policy explains how refunds work for our programs and what you can expect if you need to request one.

Understanding Your Refund Rights

We believe in being upfront about what you're signing up for. Before you enroll, you'll have access to detailed course information, sample materials, and clear explanations of what each program involves. Most of our students find that taking time to review these materials helps them make the right choice.

Early Withdrawal Period

Full refunds are available if you withdraw within 7 days of enrollment and haven't accessed more than 15% of course materials.

Partial Refund Window

Between days 8-21, partial refunds may be available based on materials accessed and mentor sessions attended.

Course Cancellation

If we cancel a program due to low enrollment or instructor availability, you'll receive a full refund or credit toward another course.

Technical Issues

Significant platform problems that prevent course access for extended periods may qualify for refund consideration.

One thing to keep in mind: refunds aren't automatic just because you change your mind or find the material challenging. Animation education requires dedication, and we've built our programs expecting students to put in the effort.

How to Request a Refund

1

Send Your Request

Email us at [email protected] with your enrollment details, course name, and reason for requesting a refund. Be specific about your situation so we can properly evaluate your request.

2

Provide Documentation

We may ask for additional information to process your request, especially if you're citing technical issues or special circumstances. Screenshots or detailed descriptions help us understand what happened.

3

Review Period

Our team reviews each request individually. This usually takes 5-7 business days. We're not just checking boxes here, we actually look at your specific situation and course progress.

4

Decision Notification

You'll receive an email with our decision and, if approved, details about how and when you'll receive your refund. We'll explain our reasoning either way.

5

Processing Payment

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. The money should appear in your account within the timeline specified for your payment type.

Refund Timeline and Processing

Expected Processing Times

  • Credit card refunds: 7-10 business days after approval
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank transfer refunds: 10-14 business days after approval
  • International payments: 14-21 business days depending on your bank

These timelines start after we approve your refund, not when you submit the request. Your bank or payment provider controls how quickly the money actually shows up in your account, and sometimes that takes longer than we'd like.

Important Processing Notes

Refunds always go back to the original payment method. We can't send refunds to different accounts or payment systems than you used to enroll. This is a security measure that protects both you and us.

If your original payment method is no longer active, let us know in your refund request. We'll need to verify your identity and work out an alternative method, which may add a few days to the process.

Specific Refund Scenarios

Program Hasn't Started Yet

If you enrolled in a program scheduled to begin in autumn 2025 or later and need to withdraw before the start date, you're typically eligible for a full refund minus a small administrative fee. Just submit your request at least 14 days before the program begins.

Medical or Emergency Situations

We handle medical emergencies and serious personal situations on a case-by-case basis. If something unexpected prevents you from completing your course, reach out to us with documentation. We've worked with students dealing with health issues, family emergencies, and other unavoidable circumstances.

Course Content Concerns

If the course significantly differs from what was described in our materials, we'll investigate. Sometimes there are legitimate misunderstandings about what a program covers. Other times we may have made an error in our description. We'll review the situation and make it right.

Multiple Course Enrollments

Enrolled in several programs at once and need to drop one? Refund eligibility is evaluated separately for each course based on how far you've progressed in that specific program. Staying enrolled in other courses doesn't affect your refund request.

Subscription-Based Access

For monthly subscription programs, you can cancel anytime, but refunds only apply to the current billing period and only within the first 7 days after your payment. We don't provide refunds for previous months or partial months.

What's Not Covered

Some situations don't qualify for refunds, and it's better to be clear about these upfront:

Change of mind after 21 days: Once you're three weeks into a course, we consider you committed to the program. You've had time to assess whether it's right for you.

Completed programs: If you've finished a course and received your certificate, that program isn't eligible for a refund even if you're disappointed with the results.

Violation of terms: Students removed for plagiarism, code of conduct violations, or other policy breaches don't receive refunds.

Downloaded materials: Courses where you've downloaded a significant portion of resources or project files typically aren't eligible for refunds after the initial 7-day period.

Poor performance: Struggling with the material or receiving low grades on assignments doesn't qualify you for a refund. We offer support to help you improve, but the learning process requires effort on your part.

Alternative Options to Consider

Course Transfer

Sometimes switching to a different program makes more sense than getting a refund. If you realize mobile game animation isn't quite what you expected but you're interested in another area of game development, we can often transfer your enrollment. This typically works best within the first 14 days.

Extended Access

Dealing with temporary circumstances that are making it hard to keep up? We may be able to extend your access period instead of processing a refund. This gives you more time to complete the coursework when your situation improves.

Deferral to Later Cohort

For programs with set start dates, we can sometimes move your enrollment to a later session starting in 2026. This works well if you're facing time constraints right now but still want to complete the program.

Questions About This Policy

Refund policies can be confusing, and every situation is a bit different. If you're unsure whether your circumstances might qualify for a refund, just ask us before making assumptions. We'd rather have a conversation and clarify things than have you surprised by a denied request.

This policy applies to all programs starting from January 2025 onward. If you enrolled before that date, the policy in effect at the time of your enrollment applies to your situation.

We update this policy occasionally as we refine our processes or add new program formats. Significant changes will be communicated to currently enrolled students. The date at the top shows when this version became active.
